installation over limit

I have a 3D max 2009 and a Autocad 2008 LT version which I purchased back few years ago. Due to computer upgrades I have over the limits of the installations. wat can I do to reactivate these two software on my new computers?

Can you send me a private message with your serial numbers for both 3ds Max and LT? I'll have a look at the activation,
