Installation of 2011 inventor simulation suit not working

I had 2011 inventor simulation suite installed on my computer

The operating system (windows xp) stopped working properly after I shut it down.

I was able to repair it by installing some system 32 files.

When windows started all my programs worked ok except the 2011 inventor simulation suite.

I uninstalled the program and installed again.

The installation proceeded ok  but the program is not working!!!

What can I do to fix this problem?

This is typical issue with .Net Framework . Clean installation of .Net Framework should fix this issue on Windows XP

If this doesn't help, please try the same procedure in Windows Diagnostics mode with Installer service running.
