I have two machines running AutoCad LT 12. ( We are a small plant ). For upgrades, I have purchased two upgrades to AutoCad 14. In addition, I have also purchased a new complete version for a third machine.
In the enthusiasm to install the new product, a wrong CD was picked up. The full version began to be installed onto a machine that only needed to be upgraded. The install process was cancelled before it could be completed. I then attempted to follow the instructions on how to remove the software found here.

Once I completed this process, I went to install the upgrade. However, the computer still thinks that AutoCad 14 is installed on this machine even though it is not. As a result, I cannot upgrade.
Please help.
