Installation Fail for Inventor 2014

I have tried to install Autodesk Inventor 2014 (64-bit) student download multiple times. Each time it gets to "Install Autodesk Material Library 2014 - Low Image Library" it fails. How can I fix this to install Inventor to my computer. I am running on a 64-bit Windows 8.1.

Hello.  Change your method of install. Download the software completely first and then install. I would use the virtual agent:

You want to eliminate the download as being any type of cause.
