Installation Error

Hello:

I just downloaded my " 3-year student version license for Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2011 - WIN 32/64 - EN".

While I'm installing the software, it suddenly stops and shows me the following message (attached):

What happens?

Hope you could help.

I really need to use it for a project.

Problems downloading the Autodesk software and/or CRC errors may be avoided by using another web browser, or using the alternate browser download method.

Or when it gets fixed, I would recommend that you try downloading your product using Matt, the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
