Installation error

Hello i can't install 3ds max on windows 8

You might try the 64-bit version if available.  It appears you are installing the 32-bit version from the looks of the log file.

 

Windows 8 is still fairly new, so installation errors aren't as obvious.  You will want to make sure you have local admin rights and UAC is off, as a start.  Also disable any real-time antivirus during the installation.
