Installation error

I have Autocrat 2010 installed and I want to upgrade to 2011. It almost finish the installation until the point it makes the new Icon for 2011 and start writing system registry values. It start rolling back all the installation. How can I fix that?

please try a clean installation as system admin

please check the logs (in temp folder) for any system errors
