Installation Error for 3DS Max Design and Revit but not AutoCAD

Hey, I'm a student trying to install AutoCAD, 3DS Max Design, and Revit onto my new computer, but I'm having errors with the installation. AutoCAD Failed at about 75% the first two times I tried, but finally succeeded on the third try. However, Revit and 3DS Max Design still continue to fail every single time. Every time it fails, it offers no explanation as to what went wrong and it doesn't give me an option to try again or anything. It just says "Installation complete. Some products failed to install." with every single product having failed. Then I have to delete the installer, go back through the website, download the installer again only to watch it fail an hour later. I've tried calling technical support and navigating though the website, neither of which offer a personalized explanation. Can anyone here please help me?

It does provide a reason for the failure.  Click that blue link for the installation log and post it here.  We can take a look at it for you.
