Installation Error- 1603 & 1619 CAD 2014 (Student Edition)

I have tried to install Autodesk CAD 2014 (Student Edition) about 30 times now and I wish that was an exageration but it isn't.
I have looked online at multiple websites with with no sucess have I found a solution.

I have deleted temp files reinstalled C++ files rebooted etc etc.

The error in question is:

 2014/2/15:17:33:15Evan W-HEVANW-HInstallAutodesk® AutoCAD® 2014FailedInstallation aborted, Result=1603

2014/2/15:17:34:22Evan W-HEVANW-HRollbackDirectX RuntimeFailedFailure is ignored, Result=1619

I am having literally exactly this same error, on multiple computers. I'm sorry if this reply got your hopes up, but I'm hoping to bump this post so someone answers it.

Hi Evan,

There are a few existing threads on the forums with accepted solutions for Errors 1603 and 1619. I would recommend this one by one of our Expert Elites for Error 1603 and this thread for Error 1619.

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.
