Installation complete. Some products failed to install

I used my friend's installer and enter the activation code from the community. When finish installling, this message appear. How to solve it? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

 

In this case you would need to open up the installation log (also liked from the installation failure screen) to look for a specific failure reference. Once obtained, I would recommend searching the community and/or the Autodesk Knowledge Network for the corresponding solution.

 

You can also post a copy of the log here if you are unsure and would like additional guidance 🙂
