I used my friend's installer and enter the activation code from the community. When finish installling, this message appear. How to solve it? Thanks

In this case you would need to open up the installation log (also liked from the installation failure screen) to look for a specific failure reference. Once obtained, I would recommend searching the community and/or the Autodesk Knowledge Network for the corresponding solution.
