I have the confirmation email with the Serial number. When I download the product from AutoDESK the serial number doesnt work. I have verified that I am downloading the correct product and the Serial number I am using is from AutoDESK in an email.

Sorry for your activation troubles but we'll get this figured out! I tried searching for your licensing information internally by using your email address but did not find you as being associated to a registered serial number.
