A laptop for a new employee from another firm.
We uninstalled the previous version of AutoCAD 2000-2007.
Cleaned up all profiles and directories AutoCAD related.
Performed the same 2007 install we have had working on 80 other systems, and this laptop refuses to obtain a network license!
We have uninstalled and removed all registry entries for AutoDesk we could find. Performed a fresh install, the same thing?
A valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager. Try again. If you are still unable to access a license, contact your system administrator.

We can connect to the intranet & internet through this laptop.
We can browse the local domain and workgroup. But it wont find the license. And the license LICPATH.LIC is the same as all the other machines.
