Install will not obtain network license?

A laptop for a new employee from another firm.
We uninstalled the previous version of AutoCAD 2000-2007.
Cleaned up all profiles and directories AutoCAD related.
Performed the same 2007 install we have had working on 80 other systems, and this laptop refuses to obtain a network license!
We have uninstalled and removed all registry entries for AutoDesk we could find. Performed a fresh install, the same thing?

A valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager. Try again. If you are still unable to access a license, contact your system administrator.
Error [1.5.-34]

We can connect to the intranet & internet through this laptop.
We can browse the local domain and workgroup. But it wont find the license. And the license LICPATH.LIC is the same as all the other machines. Message was edited by: CCMoor

Make sure the clocks on the two computers are the same.

That is correct.

Error -34 means that the Clock difference too large between client and license server system.

If you were using Vault, you would also be unable to access files in this case.

Make sure that your machines are updating to a valid Time Server, or designate one on your network to unsure that all workstations are syncronized.
