install of trueview 2015 radio button grayed outs

When trying to install Trueview 2014 the install radio button is grayed out and not accessable

Do you have the right installer (32 bit or 64 bit) for the OS your using?

Check to make sure you don't already have another version of Trueview installed as well.  Is there no indication when you hover over the product as to why you cannot install it?
