install issues

I received this message when trying to install 2012 autocad.

CRC failed in 3rd party\NET\4\wcu\dot NET Framework\dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe

This looks like a corrupted installer, at the stage it gives that error, the installer is in the process of extracting ACAD 2012 installation content, so no actual installation is happening.  Try re-downloading the installer and please disable your antivirus during the download.

I have disabled any antivirus and tried to redownload; the same message keeps happening, can you offer any alternatives? please...i really want the software

I have tried this with 3 different softwares...and the same thing pops up is this a fault with my computer; if so what can i do?
