install inventor 2015 error

I've tried to install inventor 2015 but there is the error that is show in the attachment, please help me, I need this program for the university!

Disable your anti-virus, especially if it is Trend-Micro.  Also, make sure you install with local admin rights and UAC off.

 

Try again.

I have just disabled the antivirus (avast) and I'm the administrator of the computer so I have the admin rights. What's the UAC?
