Install error

Hi,

I am unable to install the downloaded executable file for Building Design Suite Ultimate. When I go to install it flags this error message (see attached), Product download consist of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded.

I have tried downloading the file on different computers and different networks but still same result. I am unable to use the other download methods (install, download now) due to company firewall settings.

Is there any other method for downloading the executable???

Please re-download it using Chrome or Firefox.

I am usin Chrome and got the same error message but with Inventor 2015
