I work at a school that licenses both the Autodesk Entertainment creation suite and the Autodesk Education master suite. Currently the suites are installed in different computer labs, but we need to get Matchmover and Motionbuilder running in the lab that has AutoCAD installed.
I've heard this isn't possible - it would result in extreme and unpredicted software conflicts to have both suites installed simultaneously.
Anyone have experience with this?
Thanks very much!
The products from these suites should be able to be run on the same machines. The only concern would be how you wanted the licesneing to work. Since the Suites share simlar products "Mudbox and Sketchbook designer" you would decide which of the suites you would install them from (using the serila number and product key) so the appropriate licesne was taken from the Network license manager when this product was used on this machine.
I hope that helps clarify things for you.
