Instalation error

Hello everyone, I can't install the program, I have tried to install it 4 times and always get the same thing. Do you know how to fix it?

Hola a todos, no puedo instalar el programa, e intentado instalarlo 4 veces y siempre tengo lo mismo. Saben como arreglarlo?

Can you upload the .log file? The log file can give more details why the installation failed.

 

You can find the log file by following this: Location of the log files generated by the installation of an Autodesk product.

If you feel adventurous, you can try to find the problem by checking the log file yourself. Here is the guide: How to identify an installation failure point in the Setup.log file.
