Are you having an issue with your installation being blocked by windows firewall?

Hello. If you are having a firewall block preventing your installation, you will need to download the software outside of the firewall and transfer it to the machine in question.

 

Are you sure it is the firewall? How do you know this? It is rare to see a download error actually connected to the firewall.

 

Are there errors on screen?

Can you send a screenshot for the community?

 

Right now we have nothing to actually go on.

I can not install autocad 2012, always appears the error message: 1:52: adlmPITSetProductInformationFailed. 3:25
