Impossible to install Autocad LT 2011

I have downloaded Acad LT 2011 (64bit), but I can't install it. The problem comes from the .NET Framework, it seems that it should be the 3.5 SP 1 version and I'm running version 4. So I tried to uninstall version 4 and reinstall an earlier version. But It doesn't work although I have uninstalled Framework 4 and clean it all, when I try to install an earlier version (3.0) Windows just consider the Framework 4 is still on my computer.

So my questions are :

Is it realy a problem with Framework 4?

If yes, how do I get out of it?

Which operating system are you trying to install AutoCAD LT 2011 (64 bit) on?

Do you receive any error message while installing? If so, please attach a screen shot of the same.

In the operating system  if Microsoft .net framework 4 is built in (For Ex. Windows 7) the .net framework 3.5  SP 1

should install without a problem as must be the case with the entire installation.

My system is Windows 7 Home premium

The installation of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and Visual C++ just fail and the installation just not go further.

The error message refers to a .log file that contains the following :

I tried to uninstall the framework 4 but when I try reinstall the version 3.0 windows just tells me that a more recent version is installed.

The Result=1603 essentially indicates insufficient rights as a user to install
applications/components.

Make sure you are entitled full permissions as a user before carrying out installation.

If this does not resolve try the following alternatives:

1. Check if installing the Windows Installer 4.5 resolves the issue.

2. Download the Microsoft vc ++ redistributable from the link below to see if it helps.

3. Create a new Windows User Account is created (With administrative rights) and try installing.
