Import Revit Architecture 2013 License to a computer

Hi, I have a problem here.

I follow the steps online to export and import license. I exported license successfully from old computer.

On the new computer I installed the Revit Architecture 2013 on trial verson 29 days ago.

When I tried to import the license to my new computer, the lisence transfer Utility just shown as the image in the attachments. It never ask me to sign in again and give me the import option. It just ask me to update the seriel number and product key.

What should I do to successfully import my license to this new computer?

The thing is I don't have it on my hand. It is a company computer and we did not kept a record of that.

The only method I know is to have it exported and then imported.

Is there a way to do that on a trial version?

Knowing your serial number is very important.  If you don't have a record of that, I'd say you have bigger issues than transfering a license.  Get it sorted first.
