Good morning all,
I have a client who is installing Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014. He previously had the Civil 3D 2014 trial version installed, but he uninstalled that.
When he gets to the point in the installation where is shows him the software he can install, it says Civil 3D is already there.
He has manually deleted all files from program files, program data, user local, user roaming and the registry, per TS45252.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Tim

Thanks, Darren, for the suggestion.
The client had a system restore point before the original installation of the demo version. He restored to that point and then was able to install Infrastructure Design Suite Premium.
