Sorry to hear that you haven't received the correct license files. Were you able to get the issue resolved with the Activation and Registration department? If not, please let me know so I can help you get this fixed.

Thanks for your email - we have hundreds of network licenses and I just find it frustrating having to spend hours going over specific feature codes in the license files to make sure our engineering people can get thier work done. Since we are global, it's a big deal when someone in another part of the world is inpacted and our on-call folks are available to verify there's a problem, but it's not like they can generate a new license....
I'm all set, working out the latest problems with our licensing.
I was posting this to see if any other customers have a simiar experience with thier licensing.

yes you are not alone
the problem the people that are generating the license files are not technical support so they will not know if the license file is correct or not or know what to look for
