Hi
1. Obtain the license server hostname (Click "Enter viewer mode" , Click the small drop-down triangle near the question mark ('?') on the top menu, Select 'about ..'. The 'about' window opens, Click the "product information" to obtain the license server host name.)
Ping the license server, to ascertain its connectivity.
2. Open the services window in the Autodesk license server machine.
Verify that the service "Autodesk License Manager" is running.
