I downloaded "AutodeskDownloadManagerSetup" and it won't install

I downloaded the Download manager and ran it and it completes and then 3ds max won't install.

Do you mean the Download Manager will not install? Are you getting an error message? What Autodesk program (other than the Download Manager) are you trying to install?
