I don't know where to go from here..

Here is a link with the screen that I am stuck at. I don't know where to go from here. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Your display settings are too small for the program window so you can't see or get to the buttons at the bottom of that pop-up.
Are you running 1280x960 display setting or something smaller?

Dean is right.  Also, as a note, I do not recommend installing the service pack with the installation.  Install first, then patch later.  It helps prevents 1603 installation errors.
