If you've already received your license information (serial number and product key), you may choose to download the software installer from our Virtual Agent instead. Here's the information as noted in the "How to download or re-download software" article:

I'm having the same issue. It's been like this for a while. I tried to install something a few months ago to update to the 2014 version and it wouldn't work. Recently I just got a new computer so I tried again today. It's still not working.
