I cannot install Autocad 2014, it keeps saying communication failure

I am using windows 8, after i downloaded the file, and trying to install, it keeps popping up says communication failure. i have turn off all the firewalls, and allowed permission. i don't understand the reason. can somebody help me out here?

Please also disable your anti-virus programs, and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again. Hope this helps!
