how to install/download 3ds max 2015 with subscription account

I purchased a 3ds max license with a subscription account the 18th January.
I received an email from subscription-team the 21th January to announce I'll be able to download and install Autodesk products.
I logged into my account but I can't figure out how to install 3ds max 2015.

Here is my product panels:

and when I clic "Install Now" I get this dialog box :

So where do I Install or download my 3ds max 2015 product ?

Thank you.

Btw, what is Autodesk Vault and Showcase ?

try downloading from here

You can access most current + previous supported version Browser Download links (including the Design & Creation Suites) through Matt, Autodesks Virtual Assistant.

Well thank you! But I would like Autodesk first to enable the "Install Now/Download Now" for the 3ds max 2015/2014 product section in my subscription account panel.
Is there something wrong?

Hi @aimetribolet Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Your 3ds Max is there. You just need to scroll down the menu and you'll find 3ds Max! Smiley Wink

Thank you.

Maybe so. I've actually noticed that there is a scroll bar. However, on Chrome browser that scroll bar is stuck and does not scroll down. So I can't reach whatever is below last visible section for me (Autodesk Showcase) in that pop-up window.

Could that scroll bar issue in that pop-up window be fixed on Chrome browser ?
(I don't use IE, nor Firefox for personal reasons)

@aimetribolet, That's strange, as I'm exactly using Chrome to log in your account and the scroll bar works perfectly fine. There's no issue with it and that screenshot is from Chrome. Make sure your Chrome is updated to the latest version:

Must be an issue either with Autodesk account managent CSS or with Google Chrome.

I also have Chrome Version 40.0.2214.91 m and have disabled all extention but no luck: modal window scroll bar still won't move.

So, through Chome inspector, I have disabled 2 settings in CSS (figure below)

Then the modal window has this appearance (fig below) and I'm able to scroll down to 3ds max section with the original scroll bar (left one) not with your css scroll bar (right one).

At the moment, I'm downloading 3ds max 2015 .

But it would be nice to understand and fix that annoying issue for (some of) your customers, wouldn't it?

Thank you.
