How to get Netscape 4.7x to use Whip?

Dean,

Two things to try -- after installing Whip, there should be whip.ocx
in the netscape program directory, and npdwf.dll in the plugins
directory. If either of these are missing, something might have gone
wrong with the install.

Another thing to try is using netscape to look at a local .dwf. If
the web server is not configured properly, then one can't view .dwfs
on it with Whip.
