Regarding your issue with Activation, what is the error message? Have you checked some FAQs and troubleshooting steps from this link?

Hi, 

I have a very similar issue and am awaiting a reply from the Autodesk team, but was hoping someone on here could help me out. I have 5 copies of AutoCAD LT 2012 that need migrating, but none of them are working. We are a local UK council and have very specific needs for our proxy settings to not be violated. Could someone either help get Tech support reply to me or help me get my licences transferred?

Hi @yankeedave and welcome to the Community!

Your screenshot is for AutoCAD 2013, while your post mentions LT 2012. That could well be the issue with the license transfer as your serial number for LT 2012 and 2013 will be different. 

Could you please double check the product licensing information and try again?

You can do an Online Activation via these steps.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact the Activation and Registration team directly:

1.            Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus

2.            Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”

3.            Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus

4.            Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance

Sorry to hear about the issue. The serial number you have provided is not a valid serial number, where did you receive it from?
