How the heck do you contact Autodesk?

Hello,

We purchased Autocad 2008 a while back for our Thailand office.   A lot of details and data was lost during the flood.   We have a number (I think a confirmation number) for autocad.  I think we need the SN but can't find it.   We have just the install disk and a confirmation number.  The PC it was installed on died. We just want to ask if Autodesk has a record of our purchase.   I can't find a phone number, chat session, or email address.   The NSA is easier to contact.

If anyone has any info on how we might be able to reinstall our autocad, we'd greatly appreciate it.

I want to go on record that the NSA contacts *you*, not the other way around.  Smiley Very Happy

On a serious note, Darren is right.  You should contact your Reseller.  And if you didn't buy from a Reseller, let this be a lesson to anyone else reading this!  Smiley Wink

Offsite backups, in case of catastrophic damage.  As noted, it *does* happen.
