Hi - I am using AutoCAD LT 2013 for Mac, this was installed on my MacBook Pro which developed a fault. It was sent to Apple for repair, but was not actually repairable, so they sent me a replacement.
So now I think I need to deactivate the license on a laptop that no longer exists before I can use it again on my new MacBook? Any ideas?
Thanks
You simply just need to reactivate the license on the replacement laptop. If you need an activation code, you can get one manually by contacting Autodesk.
You can use the online method to activate your license here:

Or you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.
Thanks for the reply Travis, however this does not work - I get a message telling me I have reached the maximum installs for my product. How can I deativate on the machine I no longer have?
