How can I get correct serial number ?

To whom it may concern

How do you do?

I got an e-mail from you for serial number and product key number.

When I installed Mudbox, I used them.

During the installation, I got gree check box after product key.
However, green check box is not shown after serial number.

I think that structure of the serial number should be 3 digits - 8 digits format, for example, 123-12345678.

The serial number that you gave me is 3 digits - 6 digits format, for example, 123-123456.

What should I do to get correct serial number?

Hi @Anonymous Sorry about the issue with serial number! It seems that the serial number was not generated correcly. Please send the issue to our Education Community Support and they will be able to help you.

Another option is to create a new student account with a different e-mail address. Then try to sign in and download the software again from Education Community.
