Help?

Hi,

 

I'm currently a student at Westwood College, and I'm having issues with my 3Ds Max program. I originally brought the 1 year license through my college, and it expired two days ago, so I went ahead and reordered the full software through my school. However when I went in to uninstall my the expired software it wouldn't let me, saying "monitor.exe" was open and needed to be closed in order to uninstall.

 

Because my full software won't be here until tomorrow, and I need it now (school deadlines, I really can't wait until the full software arrives), I tried to download the free student trial version through this site, but when it was in the installation process it gave me the same error "monitor.exe needs to be closed". I don't know what its talking about...

 

Could you please help me?
