HELP

WE NEED TO KNOW WHY OUR LICSNECE IS NOT WORKING AND WE ONLY HAVE IT ON ONE PC.

Hello. Looks like the post is a few weeks old. I hope it is still not a problem for you.

 

It all depends on your licensing type. If it is network, your license service may not be started yet, or a firewall block.

 

If thsi is standalone, you likely just need to activate.
