Can anyone help with the following error messages?

I'm running WindowsNT 4.0, Autocad 14, Autocad Map 2 and Oracle 7 on an NT
server from an NT work station. While working today I had the following
error message:

System Process-Lost Delayed-Write Data
The system was attempting to transfer file data from buffers to the DWG
file. The write operator failed, and only some of the data may have been
written to the file.

I had to answer ok to the message and then got the following:
Autocad Error Aborting
Internal Error: !save.cpp@1364: eFileInternalErr

I had to answer OK and then no to save changes.
This completely corrupted the DWG file.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
