HELP! I am trying to install SketchBook Pro 2010

And it will not let me put in the serial number. OK never becomes clickable after I type in the information. Has anyone else had this problem, what can I do to fix this?

Make sure that when entering the serial number you don't have any empty space at the begining  and at  the ending of the serial number. I tried running some installation  test on SketchBook pro 2010 installation and found that if you have any space in the begining or end of the serial number the OK button will go grey.

I'm replying to confirm that this is in fact a real problem and not some mistake on the user's part.

The solution to this problem is located in another thread located on this forum:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/Education-Master-Suite-serial-not-accepted-in-S...

For some bizzare reason, the Product Key that is supplied with my Entertainment Creation 2011 Suite doesn't work. But the Product Key 732B1 does.

What this probably means is that a number of Product Keys have not in fact been made compatible with the SketchBook Pro 2010 release.
