Having Trouble Login In to Subscription of Previous License

We've installed CAD 2013 and would like to go back to CAD 2012, however, an error prompted, stating that there was a subscription error. Can anyone help out?

Hi Cecilia, welcome to the Community.

Upon further verification, your subscription contracts had already expired last year, one in March 2013 and the other in April 2013, thus you won't be able to log-in to Subscription Center anymore and/or use the previous version of your software. If you wish to continue using a previous version of your software, we recommend that you coordinate with your authorized reseller to either renew your subscription or to purchase a new subscription for your product.
