Having trouble downloading student version of Inventor Professional

I go to the installs page sign in, select the version, Language and operating system, but the "Install Now button stays grey and doesn't turn green. I get an email with serial number and product key but no download link.  Any help?

Also because of it not lighting up I filled out those drop down menus a few times not knowing that it sends an email with codes every time. So now I have like five emails with serial number and product keys, each for a different year version. Does that affect any thing?

You can download Inventor Professional from our virtual agent following these instructions and activate it using the serial number and product key given to you by the Education Community for that specific version.
