Having problem installing Autodesk Building Standard 2015 fro website

I download executable file then press it to start it .  It seems to begin the installation within seconds get message "Inatall error:  Network Failure."

Please try downloading the Product from our Virtual Agent. Prior to download, please clear cache and delete cookies. Make sure to disable as well your anti-virus and firewall.

Thanks.  I needed to turn of some security settings and dowloaded from some links that Autocad sent me.
