Handling Severity(eERROR) component()

 Installed Factory Design Suite Advanced 2011 on a Windows XP 64bit SP2 Workstation.  Installed from Autodesk Supplied USB Key.   Installed without issue.  When I open Navisworks Manage 2011 through desktop shortcut or through program files I get the following error when I open :-

Handling Severity(eERROR) component() id(-1), data(0), msg(odviewres.dll is missing) I click ignore and get

Handling Severity(eERROR) component() id(-1), data(0), msg(Can't find mc3res.dll) I click ignore and then get

lcodpclashres.dll,  then nothing.

I have installed on windows xp 32bit SP3 without issue.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I am having the same situation.  Has anyone posted any suggestions?

My scenario is with a Windows 7 64 bit machine.
