frustrating corruption

im trying to install 3ds max and every time there are corrupt files will this be fixed some time soon?

Can you provide a little more detail? What is the text of the error you are seeing or better yet, can you upload a screenshot? Also, which release of 3ds max is it and what is your operating system.

the install program said that it was unable to fined sketchupreader.exe
even though i can find it in my c drive and the browser download installer
said files corrupted unable to install

What version of 3DS max is this and What operating system are you on? Can you provide the exact text of that error you are encountering? I may be able to find a solution for you.
