I have a users who wanted to "help" so he installed 2013 himself. he installed the wrong version (ACADE vs. PDSP) and the wrong License server. So then he tried to uninstall. But that did not work either. Then he tried to manually remove it. Now it is bad. I have tried to burn it out of the registry and still when I run the installer it thinks ACADE is already installed.
HELP please! What can I do to remove it so it will then reinstall????
