I have recently downloaded the flow design student version. It did not work correctly so I uninstalled it. Upon trying to reinstall it continues to show the program as installed and will not allow me to reinstall.
Has anyone run into this? Is there a file that the installer looks for that may still be on my computer?
I am an educator and entitled to the same software as students. I orginally installed the software only to have my firewall block the download so the file wasn't complete. I've since worked this out and I have tried to install Flow Design on numerous times only to discover that it is somewhere hidden on my computer. I'm now being told that I can't install it as it is already installed. Not sure where.....I can't find it anywhere!
