Actions Taken:

1.       Added ports TCP 2080, 2700, 27004 to my Windows Firewall

2.       Did the start/stop/reread of license file

3.       Restarted my system/machine

I still get the same error -15. Please help.

Looks as though your servername is mfg-PC.  Please make sure this is what is listed in the .lic file.  This file cannot be modified.  Your .lic file and computer information must match.

Your port numbers to open are 2080, 27000~27009, and also all 4 .exe NLM files are recommended as exceptions in your firewall.
