FLEXnet Licensing error:-1,359. System Error: 2 "No such file or directory"

Does anyone know what causes this message? The client is getting this when she tries to perform an inquiry of usage. We've looked at the log and everything looks good. Tried shutting down, restarted service, rereead file, etc. All the path's look to be pointing in the correct locations as well. Users can work just fine, so the license is readable. This is for 2005.

Thanks,
Dwane

The one thing with this list is that I do not have an error code like the one listed in the file ( (i.e. Error [1.5.-4]). Looking at the debug log or the error she gets from performing an inquiry, I do not see this type of error code.

Using what application? In the lmtools GUI there's a checkbox to ignore
license path. I found that I needed to have that set to get valid
results from lmutil or lmtools. There is a corresponding registry key I
believe, but don't have the ability to check from home.

Yes, she is using LMTools. Would you happen to know where that check box is located (which tab) ? I'm currently out of the office and don't have access to LMTools to look at it.

It's on the first tab "Service/License File". The check box
is called "LMTOOLS ignores license file path environment variables".

I just ran into this same problem with 2012 products (inventor factory design ultimate and vault pro).  Hitting that checkbox on the first tab for whatever reason got rid of my error and it's now reading my license file correctly.  Thanks for the tip.
