Flexnet Licensing checkout error -18,147

New install of PDSP 2013, I'm one of 12 network users, problem Isolated to my Installation. Three Flexnet errors at start-up (I'm opening Inventor 2013) every time for features not installed, nor intended to be used, click "OK' through the errors then the software opens and aquires the Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2013 85962PDSP_2013_0F feature license. What is causing the search for these features and how do I make it stop?

Please see attached screenshots.

Darren,

Thank you for the suggestion. I first renamed the file, problem was not fixed. A new CascadeInfo.cas was generated. I then deleted both the renamed and newly generated files and unfortunately, the problem still exists.

Darren,

After deleting the registry key the problem did not go away, but there was a slight change to the error messages regarding the License path.

Darren,

Please see the attached screenshots as reference. I entered the environment variable as you described. I want to reiterate that I have a network license installation of Autodesk Product Design Suite 2013, when I start Inventor, Flexnet is for some reason looking for licenses for features that are not installed (85998INVNTOR_2013_0F [the 85962PDSP_2013_0F is pulled for Inventor 2013], 85999INVFPR_2013_0F & 85964PDSS_2013_0F.) What is instructing FLEXnet to look for a license for these items?

The slight change I'm referring to is the License path in the error.

Original path in error was:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ACADM 2010\*.lic;C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2010\LICPATH.LIC;C:\ Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\LICPATH.LIC;

After deleting reg key:
C:\ Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\LICPATH.LIC;

After adding environment variable:
@CAD01;C:\ Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\LICPATH.LIC;

Again, I am not having a problem getting a license for the product I am opening. I am getting errors for products I am not trying to open, nor do I have installed. Thank you for your timely responses and clear instructions these troubleshooting steps.

Best regards,

do these files exist on your computer?

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ACADM 2010 (no *.lic file here)
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2010\LICPATH.LIC does indeed exist on my computer.
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\LICPATH.LIC does also exist on my computer.

This is not a licensing error, it is appearing because someone manually has made this appear.

Someone was troubleshooting on the machine and inserted a variable that will pop messages to for troubleshooting. If you delete the variable, you'll be set.

1.)           Right-click the My Computer icon.

2.)           Click "Properties" and access the Advanced tab.

3.)           Click "Environment Variables".

4.)           In the Variable name field locate FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS and delete it.

Thanks, I had figured that out and was waiting for the forum topic to be listed so that I could mark it as the solution.
