In the first instance please verify you have configured the debug log file
on the Config Services tab. In FLEXlm 10.1.5 this is necessary otherwise you
will get the error you see (it is also good practice as it is vital for
troubleshooting). There are other reasons for this error but please start
with the above.

OK, done a number of network installs over the past few weeks, and I've now
come across something that just completely bamboozles
me. The Host Name and Mac Address are correct, installed the correct ADLM
from the AIP10 disk and when you perform a status enquiry

The User Guide does not expand on this further, so I wondered if any of you
guys had an idea what is going on here? Could it be ISA
