FlexLM service will not stay on

We have FlexLM installed on a Windows 2003 x64 Server.  The Service works as long as the LMTools dialog box is open.  As soon as the dialog box is closed, the service stops providing licences.

The 27000 and 2080 ports are fine and no anti-virus or firewall is on.

Any ideas?

Yes.  Make sure both boxes are checked at the bottom of the Config Services tab.  Save the service and restart it.  It should run now without LMTOOLS running.
